I had an amazing stay at the Petit Palace! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. It was so convenient to have all the attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and a clean, new bathroom. I also appreciated the welcome drink and the assistance with transportation arrangements. I had a fantastic experience at the Petit Palace and would highly recommend it to others visiting Madrid.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of Madrid. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with cute balconies that provided a lovely view into an interior area. The basic amenities were all provided, and I particularly appreciated being on a lower level as it made accessing my room a breeze. The location couldn't have been better, with everything in the city center within walking distance.
